In relation to my own skin condition, a crucial element of my life that forged/forced me into who I am today,
how it saved my life,pushed me beyond the borders of the acceptable,how it gave me a personality and how now it is causing me to reflect on my society's concept of beauty, skin colour and normality.
the flower is meant to act like a veil , a depigmentator or a revelator or what lies within the person who ''suffers'' from a condition.

I really like the idea of the flower representing some "inner beauty/inner being," as tho we are all one/the same underneath the materialistic exterior. Primarily because it is an idea I try to convey a lot in my work also.
But, the idea of the veil works aswell, as tho we are all pursuing the same identical manufactured image and loosing all individuality and history at the same time.
I was just wondering which was your initial intention??
